Job Description


1)Candidate must have prior tele-sales experience in any product (banking/non-banking). 

2)Candidate must be in Hyderabad (physically present at Hyderabad)

3)System and Internet dongle will be provided by our client.

4)Graduates mandatory.

5)Mandatory Language requirement – Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi and English (candidate need to know all 3 languages).

6)Hiring is for Virtual Relationship Executive and CTC will be Rs. 21,000 (Rs. 17000 is Take home salary).

7)Shifts – 8:45am to 6:30pm (Including break).

Call Center Representative Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to clients and sell multiple banking products to the customer’s through relationship building.

•Candidate must have basic understanding of banking products (Mutual funds, Loans – Personal Loan, Business Loan, Auto Loan, Home Loan, Education Loan, Current account, Savings account, Fixed Deposit, DMAT and trading accounts, Credit Cards etc)

•Virtual Relationship executive will be aligned to multiple high value customers who will be coordinating with the customers.

•Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.

•Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.

•Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.

•Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.

•Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.

•Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.

•Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.

•Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
