Job Description

Managing a Team of 20 to 30Agents
Setting & Meeting Performance Targets for Accuracy, Efficiency, Quality
Ensuring meeting Client’s SLA
Monitor and Track performance with respect to SLA’s, Client satisfaction
Taking care of attrition and shrinkage

Required Candidate profile

Graduate or 10+2+3, with Good Communication
Should Have a Min 2-5 years of exp as TL in Inbound process (Customer service)
Monitor team performance, productivity
Handling Escalations
Daily Report

Required skills
