Responsibilities:
• Generating leads through outbound cold calling.
• Identifying potential customers and qualifying their needs.
• Building rapport with customers and establishing relationships.
• Scheduling appointments for field visits with potential customers.
• Communicating product features and benefits to customers.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the company CRM system.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or lead generation roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred) or a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Technical background or knowledge of industrial thermal and laser printers would be appreciated.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
