Team Mentoring: Ensuring team is well equipped with technical investment product knowledge. Do business planning with the team and ensure it is executed
To ensure that the targets for recruitment of IFA / Business Partners / POSP, Partner activation

Required Candidate profile

Support the L&D of sales team
Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
Track and report all sales
Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
