Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Processor to join our team, specializing in processing documents related to Easy Monthly Installment (EMI) transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently manage and organize financial documentation

Responsibilities:

Customer Outreach and Engagement: Make outbound calls to potential borrowers and follow up to guide them through the loan process.

Loan Promotion and Sales: Explain loan products, meet sales targets, and convert leads into applications.

Lead Qualification and Conversion: Assess customer eligibility, provide personalized advice, and recommend suitable loans.

Application Assistance and Processing: Help customers complete documentation and track application status.

Customer Support and Relationship Management: Address queries, resolve issues, and build strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with regulations

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field or Any Diploma Course
  • No field work and no collection job.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
