Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Development Executive fresher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying new business opportunities, establishing contacts with potential clients, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure ongoing business success. This role is crucial in driving our company’s growth and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate market trends. Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of strategies and goals. Track sales data and maintain updated records in CRM systems. Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads. Stay updated on industry developments and competitors’ activities. Eligibility Criteria: Excellent Communication Skills Fresher only Recent Graduates/post graduates specifically from B.B.A or M.B.A specialized in Sales & Marketing. (Awaiting results will work) SSC/HSC score should be 70% plus mandatory. WFH is not appreciated.
