Job Description

  • Sales Management: Achieve and exceed sales targets by leveraging your team and personal selling
    skills. Ensure timely closure of leads provided by the company.
  • Team Handling: Lead and guide CSC team of District managers, representatives & VLE’s to achieve
    their targets and contribute to overall team success. Mentor new team members and align them with
    company values and deliverables.
  • Coordination: Act as a liaison between CSCs and the company, ensuring effective communication and
    collaboration. Facilitate lead generation, policy issuance, and overall customer onboarding process.
  • Customer Requirement Analysis: Conduct thorough customer requirement gathering and analysis to
    tailor suitable product pitches. Understand the needs of potential customers and present them with
    appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Objection Handling: Address customer objections and grievances promptly and effectively. Provide
    timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Tie-Up Management: Manage relationships with tie-up banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). Utilize these partnerships to expand the customer base and drive sales.
