Job Description

3 to 3.2LPA with variable 15 % of annual CTC
9 Hours (including 1 hour break)
6 days working rotational shift & 1 rotational off
Excellent communication Skills. – (ENGLISH AND HINDI: MANDATORY)
Preferable experience in Voice Process
Required Candidate profilePUC / Graduation
Any Customer Support exp – (6 Months – 2 Yrs)
Freshers are also eligible
Rotational week off
Handling Escalations
Experience from Insurance industry is added advantage
Education
Graduation Not Required
