Job Description
Role & responsibilities
To track & interface with OPD patients requiring surgical treatment & facilitate the decision making process of choice of Hospital.
– To manage the complete service requirements of the high end surgery patients to ensure a smooth service experience at the hospital.
Follow up with confirmed appointments ; ensuring smooth consultation process.
Coordinate tests and investigations ; ensuring timely investigation reports delivery.
Discuss costs ~ surgery including price of implant, stay , category of room etc ;
If patient has rates of other hospitals , seek information.
If financial assistance required, coordinate with concerned authority.
Deposit details & payment terms are clarified.
Counsel on dos and dont’s.
Handle customer grievances & ensure prompt recovery.
Manage the feedback systematically.
Follow up with customers who have not come back.
