Job Description

Being in the IT& ITES industry over the last 20 years, we are providing Contact Centre Solutions and Services to several industries including Healthcare & Life Science to our Clients across the world. We are NASSCOM Member, ISO 27001 Certified, HIPAA Certified.

 

Presently we have around 3000+ resources working in India from our Kolkata, Howrah, Kalyani, and Durgapur offices who are providing customer support.

Candidates should have completed 12th/ HSC from a recognized board.

Process:- Voice process

Shift:- 24*7 any 9 hours

Hours:- 9 hours including 1 hour break.

Qualification:- 12th Pass

Language:- Hindi +English/Bengali

Salary:- 10k  to11k In hand

Age – 18 to 36
