Job Summary:
Inside & SMB Sales role at Bambrew focused on generating and nurturing leads within the small and
medium-sized business sector. The position involves researching potential clients, building a robust lead
pipeline, and engaging in cold calling and email outreach. The primary objective is to understand client
needs and close sales deals by offering Bambrew’s eco-friendly & sustainable products. The role also
includes collaborating with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and ensure
consistent communication.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential leads and opportunities in the
SMB sector.
● Create a lead , opportunity funnel for the sales team on enterprise and Large businesses and
close the SMB business on his own.
● Utilise effective tools and strategies to build a robust lead pipeline, gathering bulk data for
outreach.
● Make cold calls to potential clients, introducing them to Bambrew’s products and solutions.
● Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, identifying their needs and pain
points.
● Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to engage potential customers and nurture
leads.
● Track and analyse campaign performance, optimising strategies for better conversion rates.
● Engage with small and medium-sized businesses, understand their requirements, and offer
tailored solutions.
● Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and
efficient process.
● Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure sales strategies align with
company objectives.
● Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and pipeline
status.
● Proficiency in Web tools to download bulk data would be an added advantage.
Skills:
● Excellent verbal and written communication for engaging with potential clients and team
collaboration.
● Ability to take initiative and work independently to achieve targets.
● Experience with CRM tools for managing leads, tracking sales activities, and reporting.
● Skilled in initiating contact with potential clients and building relationships.
● Knowledge on the specific needs and challenges of small and medium-sized businesses.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
● 2-4 years of experience in Inside & SMB Sales.
● Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite & G Suite.
