Job Description

To survey and assess the Claim Application and Making Reports/ Assessments for the losses
To determine whether the Claim is genuine or not and ensure damaged vehicle is surveyed
To handle customer/channel escalations
To process and settle the claims

Required Candidate profile

Diploma/ BE/ BTech- Automobile, Mechanical
Workshop Background/ General Insurance preferred
Excellent communication and technical knowledge
Should have Good Negotiation skills and geographic knowledge
