Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Non-Voice Customer Service Associate to join our international BPO team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries and concerns through written communication, ensuring timely and accurate responses while maintaining a high level of service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle customer interactions through email, chat, or other text-based platforms.
– Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries and issues.
– Follow up on customer requests, ensuring resolution within defined timelines.
– Adhere to quality standards in written communication, maintaining professionalism and clarity.
– Document interactions in the system as per guidelines.
– Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
– Maintain a strong understanding of product and service information to effectively address customer concerns.
Skills & Qualifications:
– Typing Speed: Minimum 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
– Communication: Excellent written English skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
– Strong comprehension and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
– Basic knowledge of MS Office and customer support tools (CRM systems preferred).
– Previous experience in a BPO or customer service role is a plus.
Requirements:
– Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
– Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
