The Relationship Manager/ Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for understanding customer requirements, meeting service metric guidelines, retaining customers, converting prospects and assisting them in finding suitable partners.
ü  Welcoming the customer on-board and create a Member Profile.

ü  Understanding the member choice, expectations and identifying the uniqueness of the Member.

ü  Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating meeting between members and creating success stories.

ü  Maintaining good rapport with the member; providing the right ‘Elite’ experience and delivering quality service.

ü  Managing a set customer portfolio with robust follow up

 

ü  Excellent command over English language, fluency in the regional language (Telugu / Tamil) proactive ness, listening skills, service orientation

ü  Punctuality & Presentation skills

ü  High Emotional quotient, Persuasion Skills

ü  Ability to read/interact to understand the client requirements

Graduate in any specialization with a minimum of 2 year experience in direct interfacing with the Customer. Experience in Personalized service would be an added advantage
